| Rood Technology awarded by Dr. Guenter Rexrodt as Top Employer Rood Technology Deutschland GmbH + Co in Noerdlingen is one of the best employers within Germany’s small and medium enterprises and can now use the quality title TOP JOB. This was the result of a yearly study "TOP JOB" organised by compamedia in ueberlingen, supported by the scientific management of the Institute for Economy at the University Trier (INMIT). Based on different criterions e.g. vision & leadership, personal development and communication structure, the personal management of small and medium enterprises has been examined. Patron of this project is Dr. Guenter Rexrodt, former Minister of Economy and Technology in Germany. Rood Technology Noerdlingen meets in all areas the TOP JOB standards and shows a good concept for its personal management. As example for this personal management the change from a hierarchical structure to team work can be named. Now the teams themselves decide, how they organise processes and customer orders in an efficient and cost effective way. This structural change is combined with a consequent education program for all employees and the ability for active participation by everybody in process improvements and changes. This should strengthen Rood Technology's position on the market, should assure the availability of young specialists for the future and offers for every individual employee new possibilities for personal development.
