| Certified according ISO/TS 16949 Dear Customers and Friends of Rood Technology ! We are proud to be successfully certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2002. ISO/TS 16949 is a certification standard set by the automotive industry which requirements go far beyond those of ISO 9000. The audit according to ISO/TS 16949 was performed by DQS, a well known and globally acting company for the certification of management systems. Even for DQS it was an extraordinary event to audit a service provider like Rood Technology. Typically only companies which build their own products are certified according to this standard. Therefore Mr. Michael Drechsel (Managing Director of DQS) personally presented the certificates to Hans-Joachim Mertens (Quality Manager Rood Technology) and Dr. Anton Kotz (Managing Director Rood Technology). "This latest certification not only shows Rood Technology’s commitment towards quality and a process oriented management system but also reflects Rood Technology’s continuous effort to develop along with our customers in the automotive industry," said Wolfgang Wagner, CEO of Rood Testhouse International N.V. "The ISO/TS 16949 certification will allow Rood Technology to further expand its services for automotive applications."
