For custom identification various marking possibilities are offered.

For Labelling the latest thermal printing equipment is used to print labels on high
temperature resistant material, with all data such as bar codes, customer logos,
sequential serial numbers, etc.

Laser marking directly on the packages is also possible.

In some cases customers have the requirement to remove devices from tape. This
service can also be provided. The parts will be removed automatically from tape and
will be returned to tubes or trays.

We can bake any kind of package types. The devices will be stored e.g. 24 hours in a
temperature storage oven @ 125°C.

These parts then are vacuum packed and sealed in a moisture barrier foil bag with
desiccant and humidity indicator, to prevent die cracking (pop corn effect).

Packing can be done either for tubes, trays or taped & reeled material according to
new JEDEC specification J-STD-033A.
