packaged in tape to meet customer specific requirements. For this service the latest
equipment from ICOS, MBL, Systemation and Rood Technology are used. A variety
of package types, e.g. BGA, Gullwing 2- and 4-sided, J-lead 2- and 4-sided or DIL
can be handled.

Peel strength tests on the cover tape to EIA and JEDEC standards are performed to
ensure that the correct adhesion has been applied.
