equipment.

Rood Technology’s engineers develop software to perform electrical test according to
datasheet or customer specification to ensure that the correct electrical characteristics
and tolerances are met. Programs can be fully developed, modified or converted to a
new tester platform.

One of the main goals of Rood Technology is to use the cost effective automatic test
equipment (ATE) that can provide the necessary test and fault coverage to guarantee
product quality. Even if the complexity of the devices and the test times are increasing,
there is the necessity to lower the test cost per device.

Rood Technology's engineers are requested to be creative in e.g. adding functionality
test through external instruments, program optimisation for volume production by test
time reduction efforts or looking for parallel test possibilities to optimise the throughput
which relates in a competitive price.

In addition to software generation, Rood Technology has the ability and capability to
design and manufacture load boards, probe cards, interface cards, DUT (device under
test) boards and handler dockings as well as specific set-ups for environmental tests.
