1969  Foundation of Signetics GmbH, assembly and test location as German facility
           of the US IC Manufacturer.

1974  Moving to the new building in Oettinger Strasse. Take-over of Signetics by
           Philips Semiconductors.

1976  Expansion as European Service Center for all customers of Signetics/Philips ICs

1983  Management buyout and re-naming into SES Electronics GmbH offering
           independent test services for ICs

1984  Certification according to CECC/IECQ-Specification

1986  Foundation of business unit Equipment

1989  Start of high volume memory test

1991  Merger with Rood Testhouse International N.V., NL
           Approval according DIN EN 9001

1992  Re-naming in Rood Technology Deutschland GmbH
           Approval by DARA (space business)
           Accreditation as test laboratory by DATech

1994  Installation of wafer probe capacity

1996  Change of legal structure into Rood Technology Deutschland GmbH + Co

1998  Expansion of mixed signal test capacity
           Value added services and active innovation management

2001  Clean room installation for wafer probing and bare die handling

2002  Official incorporation in the TOP 100 club, the 100 most innovative
           companies in Germany

2004  Certification according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 & DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

2006  Certification of environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004
